Yes, CbTours is an officially licensed company, by “Turismo de Portugal” (RNAAT 689), the official touristic entity in Portugal.

What Is the Process After Making an Online Booking?

Upon making a reservation, you will receive an email with the booking request details. After reviewing, we will send you a confirmation email.

Are Your Prices Fixed?

Our prices are fixed. Although, they can be subject to an extra charge, due to additional stops or changes to the original route, asked by the costumers.
In this case, please send us an email, for the changes wanted.

Is Insurance Included in My Travel Agreement?

Yes, we include the mandatory insurance required by Portuguese law.

What Features Do Your Vehicles Offer?

All our vehicles come with Wi-Fi, mobile phone chargers, baby and children car seats, and bottled water. Pets are allowed.

What Happens If My Flight Is Delayed?

If your flight is delayed, we will wait for up to 60 minutes after landing. If you know of the delay before departure, please contact us to provide updated information.

Do You Provide Child Seats for Traveling Children?

Yes, we can. We have seats adapted for babies and children. Mention the children's ages during booking, and we will provide the seats free of charge.

Can I Bring My Pet Along?

Yes, pets are allowed. Indicate this during booking, or send us later an email with details regarding your pet (this will be subject to review, if we accept or not, depending on the size and type of animal).

What Types of Vehicles Do You Use?

Your safety is our top priority, and we will select the best vehicle for you and your group. You can view photos of our fleet on our website and social media.

Will My Transfer/Tour Drop Me Off at My Accommodation?

Yes, we will drop you off and pick you up at your specified address. If parking is not possible, the driver will assist you in the best way possible.

If we need to stop on the way, is it possible to do it?

Yes, simply inform the driver at the start of the trip, and they will accommodate your request.

Do You Provide Pick-Up/Drop-Off at My Accommodation for Tours?

Pick up and drop off, are carried out at your accommodation. Otherwise, we will arrange a nearby meeting point. Additional charges can be applied, depending on distance.

Can I Transport Purchases Made During the Tour?

Yes, you can transport purchases made during the tour, as long it fits on our trunk and doesn’t damage our vehicle or poses any danger, to the occupants or to circulation.

Can I Change the Tour Itinerary?

Yes, but you must inform us as soon as possible. Depending on distances, there can be an additional charge. Also this change is previously reviewed by us, and subject to our agreement or not. You will be notified in advance.
