Our Transfer Service

- For airport arrival transfers, CB Tours drivers will wait for up to 60 minutes after the scheduled flight arrival time unless notified of a delay or other circumstances. If the driver leaves due to no communication and you miss the transfer, you will receive a full refund.
- For airport departure transfers, it is the customer's responsibility to verify the agreed pick-up date and time and ensure arrival at the airport departure terminal at least two hours before the scheduled flight departure. CB Tours does not accept responsibility for missed flights in such cases.

Bookings and Reservations

- When booking a service, customers are required to pay at least 20% of the total amount upfront. The remaining balance must be settled after the tour concludes.
- CB Tours reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment has not been made according to the above conditions.
- Booking requests are centrally processed and communicated to customers via phone and email.
- All booking requests are subject to availability with CB Tours and are not considered confirmed until officially confirmed by CB Tours. Upon receipt of a booking request, clients will receive an email acknowledging the request. Once confirmed by CB Tours, clients will receive another email containing the booking confirmation and payment details.

Customer Changes and Cancellations

- Any changes to booking details must be communicated through the website’s contact page or via email to reserve.cbtours@gmail.com before the service date. Changes will only take effect upon our verification, approval, and subsequent confirmation to the customer.
- Cancellations
made up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the contracted service will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made
less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the contracted service will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation of the Services by CB Tours

Prior to the commencement of services, CB Tours reserves the right to terminate the service if prevented from fulfilling it due to unavoidable and exceptional circumstances. In such instances, the customer will receive a full refund for the service.

Contacts

- It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct email address and ensure that emails sent by CB Tours are read and acknowledged.
- If CB Tours is unable to contact the customer on the day of the service due to incorrect contact information provided, no refunds will be issued.

- CB Tours holds the copyright, both moral and economic, for all works it creates. Any use, reproduction, copying, publication, or disclosure of these works without the express permission of CB Tours is prohibited.
- No intellectual property rights can be claimed by anyone who shares or uses our work, even if proper attribution is given.
